The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening of the first residential complex consisting of 23 buildings and 450 apartments, constructed by ArchiCO Engineering Company in the “South Residential Zone-11” area of Shusha city. They closely reviewed the facilities created for future residents of Shusha and met with the complex’s first occupants. The foundation of the residential complex was laid in 2022 by President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva. The design of the complex was developed in accordance with the overall architectural style of the village. Out of the 23 buildings in the complex, 15 buildings and the landscaping works were executed by our company.
