The project is scheduled to be commissioned by the end of 2026. Currently, intensive work is being carried out on relocating green areas, constructing the foundations for the cable car towers and terminal stations, as well as delivering the necessary equipment to the site. According to the design, the total length of the Lachin cable car will be 1,720 meters, with a height of 300 meters. The travel time will be approximately 6 minutes. The system will consist of 17 cabins and will have the capacity to transport up to 800 passengers per hour. This project will further strengthen Lachin’s tourism potential and create new and unique experiences for visitors to the region.
