On July 5, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov visited the first residential complex consisting of 23 buildings in Shusha and the Ashaghi Govhar Agha Mosque as part of their city tour. The residential complex, consisting of 23 buildings, was designed and partially (15 buildings) constructed by “ArchiCO Engineering Company” and covers a total area of nearly 8 hectares. The design of the complex was developed in accordance with the master plan of Shusha city, and landscaping works were also carried out by “ArchiCO”. The foundation of the complex was laid on August 29, 2021. The complex includes 450 apartments: 28 one-room, 195 two-room, 190 three-room, 30 four-room, and 7 five-room units. The opening of the complex took place on May 10 with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva. So far, 58 families (224 individuals) have been relocated to the complex according to the resettlement schedule.
